# How to Make It:
- Place boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a shallow dish and cover with buttermilk. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight for enhanced tenderness.
- Combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. Mix thoroughly to distribute seasonings evenly.
- Pour 0.5 inch of vegetable oil into a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering and ready for frying.
- Remove chicken thighs from buttermilk, dredge in seasoned flour mixture, shake off excess coating, and fry in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- In a separate skillet over medium heat, cook smoked bacon strips until crispy, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or microwave until warm and pliable for wrapping.
- Cut cooked chicken thighs into strips appropriate for wrapping.
- On each warm tortilla, layer Caesar-dressed romaine lettuce, sliced crispy chicken strips, and 2 strips of bacon. Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly away from you. Slice diagonally in half and serve immediately while still warm.
