# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • When you blend spinach into a sweet strawberry smoothie, not even picky eaters can spot the greens.
  • This became my go-to breakfast on busy weekdays because it's filling but never heavy.
02 -
  • Overfilling the blender makes the lid pop right off (yes, my kitchen survived the Great Smoothie Splash of last summer).
  • Blending the liquids and greens first means you’ll never bite into an unblended spinach leaf again.
03 -
  • Layer liquids at the bottom and frozen items last to help your blender run smoothly.
  • Add a tiny pinch of salt to highlight the flavors without making the smoothie taste salty.
