# How to Make It:

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 13x18-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3–4 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture in three additions, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with dry ingredients, mixing until just combined without overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared sheet pan and smooth the top using an offset spatula. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat butter on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat well. Mix in vanilla and add milk or cream gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
- Divide frosting into portions and tint as needed for base layer, borders, and Class of 2026 piping.
- Spread a smooth layer of colored frosting over the cooled cake. Pipe decorative borders and the Class of 2026 using piping bags fitted with writing and star tips. Apply sprinkles, edible glitter, or colored sugar as desired.
- Refrigerate the decorated cake for 30 minutes to allow the frosting to firm.
